Hydraulic unwinding machine is a device for leveling metal sheets, used for leveling steel plates and uneven plates. It can be configured to form unwinding, leveling, shearing production lines and other sheet product production lines according to relevant configurations. The hydraulic unwinding machine core shaft is connected to four fan-shaped plates with inclined dovetail grooves on four end faces. Each fan-shaped plate is prevented from axial movement by a radial slide at the tail end, but can achieve radial expansion and contraction. There is a rotating oil cylinder connected to the tail end of the drum shaft, and the piston rod of the oil cylinder drives the front four sided shaft to slide axially through the pull rod of the drum shaft, thereby driving the radial expansion and contraction of the sector plate. The drum can increase its nominal diameter by adding four fan-shaped plates. The unwinding machine frame can move on the guide rails of the machine base, driven by hydraulic cylinders, and can achieve position control. To enhance the stability of the drum, a support arm device is designed at the head of the drum. When there is a steel coil on the drum, the support arm is driven by an oil cylinder to support the head of the drum. Normally, the support arm retracts without affecting the winding of the steel coil.
